Thank you to everyone who attended the Pacer Christmas Party! 

There were familiar faces and some newcomers, and a great time was had by all.

If you missed it this time, mark your calendars for Friday, December 4, 2026! 

If you have any suggestions for the 2026 party, please let me know. This party is for you, the members, and I want you all to have a memorable night. 

This party happens because of the help I receive from club volunteers. Whether it’s helping me set up and clean up, or checking in guests and selling raffle tickets during the party, every bit is helpful and appreciated! So thank you to the following folks for helping out this year:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

Jules is going to need some help at this year’s Christmas party. This is a great way to get a volunteer signature on your Pacer Passport.

Thursday, December 4: 6pm-? Help is needed setting up tables and chairs, decorating, displaying raffle items, etc. It shouldn’t take too long. Many hands make light work.

Friday, December 5: Half-hour shifts, starting at 5:45 p.m.
3-4 people needed to help with check-in and raffle ticket sales.
8:30 p.m. – 2 people to pull and record raffle prizes.

Tickets are $20 for Pagoda Pacers members in good standing and
$25 for non-members through Nov. 21. Members will receive one free raffle ticket!
Nov. 22 through Dec. 6 tickets are $25 for members and $30 for non members through Dec. 6.

** Tickets must be bought in advance**

Our intended timeline for the party is as follows:
6-7pm: Cocktail Hour
7pm: Buffet starts (cleared by 9pm)
8 – 8:30pm: Music starts

** Please note that outside alcohol CANNOT be brought into the Fire Company. It also cannot be consumed in the parking lot.**
