There were familiar faces and some newcomers, and a great time was had by all.

If you have any suggestions for the 2026 party, please let me know. This party is for you, the members, and I want you all to have a memorable night.
This party happens because of the help I receive from club volunteers. Whether it’s helping me set up and clean up, or checking in guests and selling raffle tickets during the party, every bit is helpful and appreciated! So thank you to the following folks for helping out this year:

Jules is going to need some help at this year’s Christmas party. This is a great way to get a volunteer signature on your Pacer Passport.
Thursday, December 4: 6pm-? Help is needed setting up tables and chairs, decorating, displaying raffle items, etc. It shouldn’t take too long. Many hands make light work.
Friday, December 5: Half-hour shifts, starting at 5:45 p.m.
3-4 people needed to help with check-in and raffle ticket sales.
8:30 p.m. – 2 people to pull and record raffle prizes.

What better way to burn off those Thanksgiving calories than by hitting the dance floor at the Pagoda Pacer Christmas Party?!

The party will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 6p.m. to 11p.m., at the Grill Fire Company (739 Mountain View Rd, Reading).
Tickets are $25 for members ($30 for non-members) and MUST be purchased prior to the event!
Tickets include food, beer, wine, and soda!
Our intended timeline for the party:
6-7 Cocktail Hour
7 Buffet starts (cleared by 9)
8/8:30ish music starts
** Please note that outside alcohol CANNOT be brought into the Fire Company. It also cannot be consumed in the parking lot.
Come mingle and dance the night away with your best Pagoda Pacer buds! Scrumptious eats by Fat Pineapple Catering and all your favorite dance tunes provided by All Party Starz Entertainment! There will be awesome prizes in this year’s raffle so make sure to bring extra $$ to participate! You don’t want to miss this end of year soirée!

Tickets must be bought in advance online–we will not be accepting cash at the door (except for raffle tickets).
Advance ticket purchase makes this much easier on the club volunteers and helps get an accurate headcount for food and alcohol. Plus, you can easily verify your current membership status and/or renew your membership for 2024!

Thank you to everyone who donated to our raffle so far! Just a reminder that we are not accepting “day of” raffle items this year. All raffle items must be given to Julia Hager or Brandon Beane by Tuesday, November 28th. It just makes it easier on everyone. Contact us if you need us to pick something up!
Raffle tickets are still cash only and will be sold until 8:30 p.m.; the raffle will be drawn at 9 p.m. We have a ton of great prizes this year!
Just a reminder that no outside beverages (including alcoholic beverages won via raffle) can be opened/consumed on the fire company premises…inside or out. They were very adamant about this.
