The Pagoda Pacers Athletic Club is proud to announce and congratulate our 2022 Scholarship award winners, each of whom are Berks County high school seniors. Each winner will receive a scholarship of $750 toward their upcoming higher education plans. 

The recipient of the Pacer Member scholarship is:

• Kierra Pickard, a senior at Berks Catholic High School, who plans to attend Fairfield University. Kierra is the daughter of club member Marshall Pickard and Christina DeAngelis.

The recipients of the Cross Country Runner scholarships are:

• Caryn Rippey, a senior at Wilson High School, who plans to attend Bucknell University;

• Rachel Ulrich, a senior at Governor Mifflin High School, who plans to attend Misericordia University; and

• Grace Mangold, a senior at Wilson High School, who plans to attend either Rider University or the University of South Carolina.

The club received applications from many very strong and deserving students, and wishes all who applied the best in their future endeavors.

It’s Scholarship time again! Do you know a Berks County senior cross country runner? Are you a Pacer member parent of a graduating senior? They may be eligible to apply for one of our Pagoda Pacers Scholarships, but they must do so by our deadline of February 28, 2022.
The details:
The Pagoda Pacers award four outstanding high school seniors each with a $750 scholarship for their continuing education. Students are recognized for their participation and achievements in athletics, academics, and community service.
Pacer Member Scholarships – Two (2) scholarships are open to all high school seniors whose parents are current members in good standing for at least one year of the Pagoda Pacers.
XC Scholarships – Two (2) scholarships are open to all high school seniors who participated on a Berks County high school cross country team.

Applications must be postmarked or emailed by the deadline of February 28, 2022.

The Pagoda Pacers award four outstanding High School seniors each with a $750 scholarship for their continuing education. Students are recognized for their participation and achievements in athletics, academics and community service.

Two scholarships are open to all high school seniors whose parents are, and have been for at least one year, members in good standing of the Pagoda Pacers. 

Two scholarships are open to all high school seniors who participated on a Berks County high school cross country team. Due to COVID-19, students need not have run in their senior year to be eligible.

The Pacers are proud to announce and congratulate the club’s 2020 Scholarship award winners.

The two Berks County cross country runners who have each been awarded a $750 scholarship are Alexa Junikiewicz, a graduate of Berks Catholic High School, and Griffin Schlegel, a graduate of Twin Valley High School.

The two children of Pacer members who have each been awarded a $750 scholarship are Robbie Unruh, a graduate of Exeter Township High School, and Sebastian Weiss, a graduate of Wilson High School.
