On Wednesday, June 1, Global Running Day, let’s inspire the runner in everyone. Fleet Feet West Reading and Brooks will be hosting The Big Run 5k at the Union Township Recreation Area. Pretzel City Sports will be timing the event and prizes will be awarded to the top 2 males and females and the top 3 in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. The awards ceremony and after party will be the Fork and Ale located across from the recreation area.
