CALL TO ORDER at 7:00 pm
Minutes from the September meeting were accepted as posted.
REPORTS
Treasurer Report (Shaun Luther)
- Balance is $94,759 which is ~111% of target
- Notable activity this past month
- Alot of Blues Cruise expenses were paid.
- RFTA Nolde donation check went out
Blues Cruise (Elaine Cook & Michael Whalen)
- 254 Registered for the 50K & 10 Relay Teams
- 13 Day of registrations. 35 DNS and 6 DNF, 10 states represented
- Notable finishers
- Mens/Overall: Chris Lewars 3:48
- Womens: Jaquline Alenes 4:18
- Non-Binary: Jamie Helm 5:30
- Youngest/Oldest finisher: Frank Claridge (18: 6:23) & John Andescavage (77: 7:06)
- Volunteers: 76 filled out 140 different job slots (so many did more than one). Many were there for 6hrs and some for more than 12hrs. A great big THANK YOU to all the volunteers!!!!
- Runners raised and donated $750 to Opportunity House before the race started.
- Estimated finances (will be updated as final expenses come in)
- Expenses: $18,555
- Income: $33,964
Oley Country Classic (Jennifer Pierdomenico)
- Sunday November 1st starting at 9AM
- 10Mile/6K option
- Current registration at 187 registered runners which is well ahead of last year at this time.
- Will need close to 33 volunteers and tab is active on runsignup under the “More” tab.
Shiver (Sue Jackson)
- Registrations are coming in.
Run for the Ages (Blair Hogg)
- Donation of $1469 to be made to Friends of Nolde Forest
- Friends of Nolde has an adopt-a-trail program. See Friends of Nolde website for more information.
Middle-School Championship Race (Elaine/Blair for Phil Lechner)
- Saturday October 24th.
- Phil has Facebook posted a request for volunteers under the Pagoda Pacer Discussion Page.
Trail Maintenance (Cody Harris)
- Lots of volunteers this past month working to get the trail ready for Blues Cruise.
- Bridge was completed a few days before the race.
- Thank you to all the volunteers!!!
- Taking October off, so next trail maintenance is Nov. 15th.
Social Committee
- Wine & Cheese (Brittni Harris)
- Everything went great and will happen again next September.
- Christmas Party (Julia Hager)
- Friday December 4th at the Grill Fire Company.
- Tickets are on sale
- $20 members in good standing and $30 for non-members.
- Increase to $25/$35 on November 20th.
- Fat Pineapple will be caterer again as well as DJ Tory.
OLD BUSINESS
Opportunity House (Michelle Henry)
- Did speak with Jane and December 7th has been reserved. Jane will put out more information as the date gets closer.

Elections (Matt Brophy)
- Accepting nominations for 5 board members (2yrs) and Club President (1yr).
- Oct 24th is the last day for nomination and election information posted in November newsletter. Election will be held on-line.
