Pacer Passport: Still within reach!

Technically it’s not too late to start on one of these, but you must act now because time IS running out!

Throughout the year we have implemented some improvements to make this a little easier to complete. Changes include:

  • An extended due date to include Kris Kringle, creating an extra opportunity for an additional volunteer and/or race
  • Implementing a Zoom link for some of our monthly meetings to include those who simply cannot make the meetings in person.
  • Included our club coordinated holiday morning group runs as well as our recently revived club coordinated weekend group runs.

Upcoming Opportunities to keep in mind:

Race and Volunteer: Blues Cruise, Oley Valley Country Classic, Shiver by the River December, and Kris Kringle

Monthly membership meetings: Only 3 more meetings for this year. September, October, and November. No Zoom link for September but we’ll go back to that for October and November meetings.

Group Run: There are 17 Wednesdays left in the year, a few holidays and a chance of weekend group runs

Congrats to the following members who have already completed and turned in their passport. Will your name be added to this list next?

Pacer Passports Are Rolling In…

It was a 3-way tie!! These girls each checked off the last box on their Pacer Passport at this past weekend’s Charlie Horse Trail Half Marathon & Dirty Pony Trail 5k! They are the first 3 to complete all requirements. Congrats Michelle, Katie, and Lisa! Are you next?!

Passports Completed!

*Update to the Passports – Pacer Holiday morning group runs will count towards the Wednesday Night Run requirement.

Pacer Passport

Looking to own limited edition premium Pagoda Pacer swag? Here’s your opportunity to do so.

I introduce to you, The 2022 Pacer Passport. The Pacer Passport is an easy way to keep track of your club involvement and be rewarded for it!

Here’s what you do…

  1. Print out the passport or pick one up at a monthly membership meeting.
  2. Each time you complete one of the boxes, get it initialed by the appropriate person noted at the bottom.
  3. Once all 10 boxes are initialed, turn in the passport.

**Participants are responsible for keeping track of their own progress.

Passports are valid January 1, 2022 – December 26, 2022. Why December 26th? That’s the last Wednesday Night Run of the year, and therefore your last opportunity to check a box off.

All passports MUST be submitted by 12/26/2022. Swag item will be ordered once all passports are turned in at the end of the year.

Submit your completed passport to Michelle Henry in person or take a picture of it and email to president@pagodapacers.com

** Michelle has a list of January WNR & monthly meeting attendees as well as January Shiver by the River volunteers. See her for initials on those.
